Brought my 2022 f250 powerstroke to them for weight reduction. Was told a price of $6,800 for the job. I knew this was steep for the market average but my impulsive spending wanted it done. I felt like this was a reputable shop and would be professional and accountable if i had issues. I specifically asked if this $6,800 price included the ez lynk device. They told me they tune with the ez lynk and would include the ccv delete, 5 inch exhaust, lifetime support etc. The response of "tuning with" striked me as odd but mind you, I am nieve to diesels and every tune and delete package I found online comes with the ez lynk auto agent 3. So I felt like my truck was in good hands. Fast forward to picking my truck up. I noticed there was no auto agent device for my truck. I was unsure if it was hidden under dash somewhere as I specifically asked. I was only driving my truck to hunt virginia so mostly highway for first 2,000 miles. Then noticed I had flare shifting from 5-6 and overshifting to 8th gear at about 35mph. Brought it to them and after 5 days of not hearing anything I decided to stop in to get my truck. Told them I didnt see the ez lynk auto agent device I specifically asked for.

Brought my Cummins to them for the Hamilton Lifter conversion. Top notch customer service, they kept me informed the whole time my truck was in the shop, and they were very quick about getting the job done. Once I got my truck back, you couldn’t even tell anyone had been working on it. Everything looks perfect, everything was cleaned and very well taken care of. Every aspect of this business is 5 stars for me. If I ever have any problems with my truck in the future, these guys will be the ones I trust to work on it. Can’t speak highly enough of the professional job they did.
